Bad service

I am working outside south africa. I order and pay for the ticket now today i want to print my tickets its saying tickets printed. No one is responding to my request to help and itf they can reaend my tickets as i did not print it. So thats money in the water for no reason. The service is poor. You need to have a reprint option as you lig in to your own profile. Very disappointed.
