I bought 4GC tickets for zee nation fest. No confirmation email was sent but money was debited from my account. Been trying tirelessly to lay a complaint but your system has changed and we can only be helped by a bot which was fruitless. Was hoping to celebrate my birthday at the even but y’all ruined everything. The even is in a few hours and I don’t know what to do😭😭😭😭
