Bad pathetic service

I purchased soccer tickets last night logged in a guest as i do not have an account with you. I paid for the tickets and money has been deducted from my account but i have not received the tickets because after payment went through the website showed an error 404 on the page.

Please refund me my money or send me my tickets. I have sent you guys an email twice and received no response.
