Automated queueing system faulty, not tickets

When trying to purchase tickets for concert, initially I was in queue with 4 minutes to go, then it then jumped to 292 minutes and crashed a few times. <br> I have not been able to purchase tickets and have now been sold out. <br> Very disappointed in ticketpros unable to get the tickets I wanted.!!!<br> Unacceptable!!! <br> When you offer to cater for such a big event then you should be able to handle the volumes!
