@ticketpros shocking service

I went to the Nedbank Million Dollar this year. I was asked to pay for a "Chashless Card". Not only did I spend a lot of money using this card but I have a credit on it sepposedly to be refunded. Do you think that I can get hold of Ticketpros to ask how to get refunded? NO! Absolutely shocking and I am sure the poor young people were informed to tell the public that, no stress us can get a re fund or use it next year. What ******* @ticketpros very poor on your behalf. And I sure that there are many more in the same situation as me.
