@ticketpro shocking service

If I had the option to select 0, I would have done so. The match between DSG and MI was cancelled due to rain. As confirmed in the email communication from Ticketpro, the tickets were meant to be refunded. This match was on the 28/12/2025! Despite making numerous phone calls—none of which were answered—and sending multiple emails, I have received no response whatsoever. To date, no refund has been processed, and there has been no communication from Ticketpro regarding this matter.
