Annoyed at TICKETPRO’S CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Ticketpro’s customer service. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with your support team for assistance.

I sent an email regarding my issue but have yet to receive any response. I would like to request a refund for the amount I paid for the Zeenation Fest concert, as I would like to cancel my ticket. Unfortunately, no one has gotten back to me, and the chatbot has been unhelpful — there’s just silence.

Please consider bringing back a direct customer support line. It would make a huge difference for customers trying to resolve urgent issues
