<p>I have been waiting for the tickets to go live, accepting that there is going to be high volumes, I waited it out. Finally had the opportunity to purchase 4 tickets, paid for it with my Credit Card, but after payment the site bummed out, refreshed and went back to the ticket page...went through the whole process again and paid for a second time....same story....getting worried. Go back to the site and start over, no more tickets on that day...go to the next week, same process and again paid for tickets and still I have no tickets. </p> <p> </p> <p>So I have paid for 4 tickets 3 times and I still do not have any. This is unacceptable. I don't just want the money back...ticketpro will ensure that I have my 4 seats at the venue on the days selected. Also want to be reimbursed for being on the phone now for OVER A ****** HOUR.</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys need to sort out your platform; the new site is **** and not user friendly....SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!! THE LONGER I WAIT FOR YOU TO ANSWER MY CALL THE MORE **** I'M GOING TO WRITE ABOUT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
