AAD 2024 A BUST

Wow what extremely bad service. I bought tickets for AAD 2024 for saterday. The weather was really horrible but we went anyway. We came through the gate and I asked if the airshow will continue dispite the weather.The answer was yes they will continue. As we walked along the airstrip the announcement came. All of the arial acts are canceled due to bad weather. So I went back to the ticket office to hear if I could get a refund or to maybe get my tickets transfered to the Sunday. I was advices to speak to a lady called Esty. So I went to her and spoke to her about the situation. She adviced me that I can come back on the Sunday they will refund me and then I can buy tickets for the the Sunday. Sunday came and we yet again to her,then now its a different story. If you already went through the gate no refund. I must buy a new ticket. I also phone their complaint department and gave me the same sing song.

This would be considered *****ing. But what I saw is there is so many complaints about ticket pro and how they conduct themselfs it wouldn't surprise me if they go bust.
