: 3 Months, No Refund, No Feedback – Keyshia Cole Concert

bought tickets from TicketPro for the Keyshia Cole concert, which was cancelled. It’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve emailed and followed up several times with no feedback or response from anyone.

This is unacceptable. I want my money refunded immediately. The lack of communication and delay is extremely unprofessional.
