Your guys system is flawed for the pre-sales of the Betway T20. I purchased what I thought was 6 tickets for 2 different matches only to see that all the games I attempted to book and booked were all for the same match at Boland park. I cant even purchase more tickets now because I got told to email exchange department. You guys knew this was going to happen so why not be one up for everything. No manager, even with a video of the issue no escalation????
