Worst ticketing company in the world

I bought tickets for an event from the organisers, using ticketmaster as a go between portal. The buying part was fairly simple and pleasant.

When the event was near I was informed that I can retrieve said tickets from Ticketmaster’s app. This was a whole new authentication method and one step was to verify your mobile number.

For three weeks ive been trying daily to get them to send the one time pin per SMS to my phone. Ive mailed, sent a twitter msg , sent a facebook message with no response.

They have no direct contact or contact centre.

Now thousands of rands worth of tickets could go to waste because they are useless ?
