Very bad support from Ticketmaster

Very disappointed, i am unable to transfer my tickets to another email address and logged my call with ticketmaster and i received 1 email back and the communication stopped. It's a simple support call and it takes days to resolve. Very very bad service

The call still needs to be resolved btw
