Totally unprofessional..

The lack of communication from Ticketmaster is another level of unprofessional. Quick to take bookings for all new concerts and shows but cannot honour the refunds we are all waiting for the cancelled Justin Bieber concert which is not almost 2 months ago. Emails confirming that refunds have been processed but no refunds received. No replies to emails and just no concern for all of us waiting for tickets we paid for 11 months ago.. surely there is some action we can take to get our money back, never mind the interest they earning holding onto our ticket money..

It's so sad because nobody wants to make use of the now after this incident so they will loose sales eventually and they can only blame themselves.
