The worst customer service I've experienced.

Due to a questionable feature on their website I was not able to book two seats that were available next to each other.

The customer service that followed was appalling. -Cancelling my ticket without my permission -No contact number listed for customer support to avoid miscommunication over email -RUDE and defensive customer service agents who are not open to feedback, apologising for mistakes or even knowing HOW to speak to a customer
