Tocketmaster Poor service and no interest in issue the purchased tickets

I have been requesting assistance for past 2 weeks, tickets were transferred to me for a James Blunt show on 14 September at the SunBet Arena. The ticket that was transferred as per order no 527609 is still not available on 13 September 2014 at 12pm. I have sent at least 10 emails to ***, I also asked for help on the website many times. This is not acceptable, there is no phone no for South Africa only the emails that does not resolve the ticket issue.
