Tickets can't be printed or access from Ticket Master

I purchased tickets for One Republic in June 2022, got the email confirmation but now no matter which link I click on the website no longer exists. You also can't get hold of Big Tickets either and the link from Big Tickets to Ticketmaster also doesn't work!! I need to print tickets for next week Tuesday and there is no way to contact either business - Big Tickets or Ticket Master. I am probably going to fail in reaching them through this channel also.
