Tickets cancelled with no refund night before UB40 event in Pretoria

DISCUSTING! In February I booked my tickets for UB40 as a gift to my parents for their anniversary. I was not allowed access to my tickets and was told closer to the event we will get access. I finally received an email stating my tickets were available (so excited!)

I spent just short of R14,000 on front row ticket for this!

When I logged on I was told the “transfer was unavailable as per my images attached. I contacted support who told me a few steps to get them which still didn’t work. I was then told to go to the box office at the event at the time of the event.

Tonight I tried to log on again and get access to find an error stating “the email does not exist” I contacted support yet again who called me tonight at 7:30pm to let me know my account has been blocked and I now no longer have tickets. Reason being - the account is under investigation for trying to convert the tickets to pdf ?!? What?! I can’t even access my tickets !!! How ?! All they can tell me is - sorry you can’t attend the event and should they find it incorrect you might receive your refund. But don’t worry it’s happened to a few people for this event. Thanks Cynthia !

I can’t fathom how on the night before the event I get told my R14k tickets are not available

Who can actually assist me in resolving this ?! I am so disgusted with the customer service. (Darling Cynthia is so RUDE and unhelpful)

This will not end with her ”let’s hope it’s found wrong and you Atleast get your money back. But don’t bother arriving tomorrow - you have no tickets! “
