Ticketmaster- Utterly Useless

My wife reserved and paid for tickets for the Robbie Williams concert to be held in 2025, in April 2024. This was as DISCOVERY BANK gave their members prior access to ticket reservations, before bookings were opened to the general public .

Well, since the notification came out advising cancelation of the FNB venue and that reservations could be made for Pretoria venue, it has been a nightmare trying to obtain a refund!!

Many people are reporting the same issue and frankly, ticketmaster have been utterly useless in refunding the money spent, with excuse upon excuse that does not resolve the issue of refunds.

Why is this company allowed to do business in SA, if they are so damn utterly useless.

It's a disgrace that people who have paid a lot of money to see Robbie Williams LIVE, are still fighting for a refund without any success.

Utterly Shocking service and these idiots should be ashamed!!!
