Ticketmaster South Africa: Impossible to get help after payment

I bought tickets via Facebook and have sent more than 1 request for assistance with absolutely no response. So money is paid but tickets are nowhere and impossible to get hold of anybody to help me. Hoping somebody cares to assist.
