Ticketmaster shocking service

This is the worst Ticketing site I have ever used. One is unable to reset you password because the reset requests takes 15 minute to arrive then it tells you the code has expired. Yet on their website they state it can take 30 min to arrive. It can take up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive – don’t forget to check your junk/spam folders!
