TICKETMASTER SA - where is our REFUND for Justin Bieber Tickets

We were told that our REFUND for the Justin Bieber World Justice Tour will be processed on the 29th of September 2022. Ticketmaster then said it would take 14 working days for the payments to reflect. It is now already the 19th of October 2022 and still no payment. There is also no way of contacting Ticketmaster South Africa as they also do not respond to our posts on facebook, facebook inbox messages as well as emails sent to them.

I have to date received several inboxes and emails from other ticket holders that are also furious about not getting their refund as well as proper communication from Ticketmaster.

These tickets were bought with hard earning money. Ticketmaster in continuing to advertise other big show events selling tickets and taking people's money but their promise to refund our tickets are not done. This is not right.
