Ticketmaster rotten service!

My daughter has waited for 2 months to receive her Justin Bieber concert ticket refund from Ticketmaster! It is unacceptable! There's no human to call and she received a message 5 days ago, to say that her refund has been processed, yet the R1800 STILL NOT reflecting in her account. What can she do to get immediate action?
