Ticketmaster - no customer service or feedback to a refund

Waiting for my Justin Bieber refund. Have tried emailing, and all i get is automated responses. No telephone number. No answers to my questions. Disgusted. Have sent numerous mails, and they dont respond. R2100 is a hefty sum of money. Pay me my money, its been a year now!
