Ticketmaster Nightmare

Purchased my tickets to Justin Bieber on 01/12/2022 was advise all refund would start being processed on 29/09/2022 and that there is a 14 day period. That has now come and gone with no communication from Ticketmaster on any sort of indication on my refund. The service is **********. There are no contact details to call them.
