TICKETMASTER - MASTER OF CON

One star is generous for the unprofessional service received from Ticketmaster.

It is noted that I am one of many who has not been refunded for the Robbie Williams concert orginally scheduled to take place at Calabash on 19 January.

There seems to be no contingency plan in place for prompt refunds which is most alarming especially when Ticketmaster initiated the change of venue and date.

I feel that even writing this review is a waste of time because they simply do not care. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anybody telephonically or by email at Ticketmaster. This is probably due to the fact that they would simply be unable to get through all the complaints.

Discovery Bank and Big Concerts who partner with Ticketmaster should also take responsibility for the shocking service and blatant lies forwarded to the public (we were told we would receive our refunds in time for pre-booking date which was 24 October).

A huge ZERO from me.

It is amazing that this company gets away with this behaviour.
