Ticketmaster - Justin Bieber refund not received

I have still NOT received my refund for the cancelled Justin Bieber concert, which I booked and paid for over a year ago on ***. I have been assured that the refund will be done, but after a request to my bank, Nedbank, who completed an audit right back to the date of the ticket purchase in 2021, they have assured them me that to date no refund has been received. There seems to be no way to contact Ticketmaster i.e. no contact number and it is very difficult to find an email address or to get a reply if you are lucky enough to find an address! I am beyond disgusted with the way this was handled and I really could have done with that money over the Christmas period.
