Ticketmaster Justin Bieber Refund

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been following up on my refund for the Justin Bieber concert that was cancelled in 2022. There’s no contact number to speak to someone and every response on email is “refer to your bank”. Ticketmaster is unable to provide a refund date or any kind of proof of payment and now they shift responsibility to the client and bank. Nedbank unable to track refund without refund date or any kind of proof of payment from Ticketmaster! Very unprofessional for such a large organisation! Very disappointing!
