Ticketmaster is a ****!

Ticket master is day light *******. I have bought my Rugby ticket for the Springboks. The ticket was around about R700 but they charged me R1 100. I am so hurt. I downloaded the app to transfer the ticket to myself but there is no ticket there. Their instructions are vague and misleading. There’s no call centre where you can call and ask for help. I cannot even make a plan because tickets are sold out everywhere. I should bought them at Computicket like I always do. I wish I had know. That this website was a ****!

I truly was ****med. I would not recommend Ticketmaster to anyone.
