TICKETMASTER ! I WANT MY MONEY

Today is the 7th November , Ticketmaster has failed to refund me on the dates promised . Still nothing . They should Stop blaming it on a "glitch" and just admit they're keeping the money in the accounts to claim the interest for as long as they possibly can . The fact that there is no contact number is even more infuriating. Also they can keep the R150 discount voucher that I was promised in the last email, will never purchase from them again . I want my money!
