Ticketmaster

I purchased 2 Justin Bieber concert tickets with ticket master and got promised a refund when the concert got cancelled. This was in September. Ticket master only refunded ONE ticket and not both. There is no contact number to call them to speak to someone for assistance. I sent an email 3 weeks ago and still NO RESPONSE from them. They are not customer friendly and only worry about u spending your money with them that is all. They are not worried about their customers experience. I am warning u all, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH TICKET MASTER!!!! It is the worst company to do business with
