Ticketmaster dishonest and withholding refunds

I logged a refund with ticket master 11th of July 2022 at the time of writing this review its the 8th of September 2022 They said they need to take r580 admin fee which i said was fine and ever since then they’ve said their accounting team had issues refunding me I provided my bank details and proof thereof and have still not been refunded 2 months later this company is dishonest and i dont recommended anyone using them - no contact centre to speak to anyone only an automated mailbox to which no one responds
