Ticketmaster complaint

Bought Justin Bieber tickets plus the bus tickets on 1 Dec 2021. They keep using same response to everyone on FB. Processed within 14 working days for refunds. Yet no one has received their money back. They should be canned as a promotions company for celebs wanting to come to SA. You can't even phone them.
