Purchased tickets to Pretty Woman, wife passed away 5 days before, I asked to cancel or postpone received no reply and thus gave my tickets to friends. When they arrived for the show, they were shown on the system that the tickets were refunded and therefore could not attend. The automated system cannot solve the problem for me, and the telephone number does not work thus I cannot speak to anyone regarding the supposed refund. The options given on the automated system also does not solve my queries, so does this business actually exist. I went to the theatre, and they told me to contact *** but this website does not seem to exist! The requested delivery receipt response was never received!
