TicketMaster - Application (*******)

If there was a Zero Rating I certainly would give a big fat 0 to Ticketmaster. I purchased 2 tickets to the Stormers Match at Cape Town DHL stadium, only for the App to freeze/Reset and request that I re-select tickets, in the end I was charged double (Equivalent of 4 tickets) when I contacted Ticketmaster they refused to refund the 2 tickets because according to them it's "after the event". However they can see on my account I only used 2 tickets. This is unacceptable, and I preferred to use Ticketpro, not sure why companies have switched to Ticketmaster.
