TICKETMASTER 0/5 stars - NOT helpful/ NOT Professional/ DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

1/5 stars because I can't choose 0/5!

Booked Robbie Williams tickets, show got postponed. Instead of giving already purchased fans the opportunity to get their refunds and book for the next show, The show was open to public to purchase. We have been told our refunds would take up to 10 days, its been a couple days now, still no refund and tickets are already almost sold out! Ticket Master hasn't been helpful in ANYWAY at all. as we must just wait OR fork out another R8500 to repurchase those tickets on the new show dates. Why not give us coupon codes to the value of our already purchased tickets and those who can't make the new dates can request the refund. I have emailed asking TICKETMASTER to move my purchase from the one date to the new one, including my requested row, seats, with proof of previously purchased tickets, EVERYTHING. now those seats are gone, and have been told "Our payment acquirers have confirmed that all refunds have been processed and as the refunds were done in bulk batches there is no POP we can provide you." & "it will take 10 days to reflect" Not Helpful at ALL! NO assistance At ALL! not even a telephone number to call for help! NOTHING!
