Ticket Master Refund - Justin Bieber - still waiting!

I received a comm regarding Justin Bieber cancelled tickets and I was expecting my refund back last week given they said 10 working days after the 29th Sept which is the category I fall in. They are impossible to call, and there is contact details or emails … I paid over 10k for myself and friends and now I must run around to get the money.. I am absolutely livid and appalled because it not their money
