Ticket master poor service

Ticket master is absolutely *******. They don't have a contact number to speak to someone. I'm still waiting for my refund for the Justin Bieber concert. I have to struggle to contact them via their stupid website and just choose another topic because they don't have one for my issue. I did eventually get a response but I'm still waiting for my refund.
