Tickemaster reallocates seats to inferior seats for Calabash show.

We purchased tickets for Calabash show in Feb 2024. Our seats were automatically "upgraded" without giving us an option. Unfortunately, the new seats were cheaper than what we purchased and they are inferior seats - going from front row seats in a block to middle seats in the middle of the block. There also provide us various reasons for the reallocation and all reasons contradict one another as well. Despite numerous emails, Ticketmaster has refused to reallocate our original tickets to us and are no longer responding to my emails (no response in 5 days). There is also no tel nr to contact so we can only email. Very disappointed in Ticketmaster and their lack of customer service.
