Such an *********** booking agent

The most *********** booking agent ever! It is not possible to speak to a call centre agent, you have to jump through a million hoops to assist with an issue. I have been trying to book tickets to Mamma Mia now for the last 3 days - there is permanently a technical error with the payment, and I must contact you guys - exactly how am I to do that, when you make it so difficult on your website to get assistance with a booking. I am not sure how you have got the market share for all of the big events. Everytime I have anything to do with your agency, I want to tear my hair out, there are always issues when we have to book through you. Please assist urgently!
