Stormers tickets

What a horrible experience Bought Tickets for Stormers rugby games on 2 occasions, both times are a disaster. App is not responsive, just goes to blank screen. Have to go back to the original email and hope like crazy that you can access your tickets. How can Stormers rugby have appointed this app to such important events??? If there was any other way to buy tickets to rugby I would absolutely do that but I think the creators of this app know they have everyone caught and we seem to be powerless to change it. Somebody please help us!!!
