Shocking service

For the second time this year I am having issues ie. I cannot log into my Ticketmaster account because apparently I am a bot???? I have searched for a telephone no. for them in South Africa and cannot find one. I submitted a contact form on their site yesterday and still have had no reply. Their help centre on their website is useless.
