Shocking After Service from Ticketmaster South Africa!

I paid for Robbie Williams tickets, originally booked for the 18th January 2025. They have since moved the event to another date and venue, which I cannot attend. I received an email stating that the refund for the tickets will be made within 10 business days, but this has yet to be done. I have contacted them through their app as well as on Facebook, and it has fallen on deaf ears, with no response. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
