Seats changed not happy!

We bought tickets to see Disney on ice, tickets bought were for the second row next to the arena as I have 4 small grand children and I wanted them to have a clear view of the show. Now we have received an email stating that our seats have been re-assigned due to them making adjustments to the arena. They have moved us from the second row to the EIGHT! I have send an email stating my dissatisfaction but all I get is an automatic response. This is not okay! They state that the seats we were moved to are still of the same value, how is moving from the second row to the eight the same value? When I specifically book so close to the area for my grandchildren. Mind you there are still rows of seats Infront of the seats where we were re-assigned to. So how is moving from a row close to the show to further away the same of higher value??
