SA vs Italy, GQ, 12 July 2025 - seating

We purchased tickets for the SA vs Italy game in GQ on 12 July 2025, selecting specific seats but when my husband and son arrived, their seats were occupied by players and other members of team.

Security were dismissive and unhelpful and instead, allocated seats that were not what we pre-selected upon our online purchase.

Why were the seat numbers allocated in our purchase if they were not available? Our tickets (x2) for those specific seats were R2900.

This is unprofessional and deeply disappointing especially considering it was a birthday gift to our son.
