Refunds - shocking service

I would have loved to rate them lower than 1...

The Robbie Williams show that was moved in Jan, by a week and to another venue was a disappointment, but we thought it would be good, as we would get the refund before the tickets open up again at the new venue...

Now the tickets are selling fast, and we do not have refunds yet... This is not acceptable. To reach out to support is of no use, as they provide a generic ****py response... Seems like there is a new weekly generic response they send people. I hope Big Concerts moves to another ticketing company that is professional and that is not misleading the public.
