Refunds

Purchased Robbie Williams tickets, venue got changed, we are assured refunds are in progress and could take up to 10 days. Pre-bookings opened again today for the new venue and we have had to pay again before receiving refunds. Disgusting! Refunds should have been sorted out BEFORE bookings opened again. And very slow responses to emails.
