Refund turn around time

I bought tickets on the 21st of February but the tickets were for a wrong day, I contacted them and told them that the mistake I made, I got a communication that they will refund me it takes 14 working days. On the 24th I got the refund I was not expecting it so soon. I’m happy that I can now but the tickets for the right day💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
