Refund - rather the lack thereof - 25 workings day and still waiting

Still waiting for a refund after 25 working days, when promised a refund within 10 working days. No one seems interested. RW tickets, venue was moved, absolutely dismal service. Big Concerts should find another provider to use. Very unhappy
