REFUND!!! OR LACK THERE OF!!!!

Jumping through hoops to get a refund due to them cancelling the Calabash South Africa 2025 | Robbie Williams

First told we will recieve a refund automatically (BS) The fill in a refund form Then change password for security reasons Then cant fill in form for second order as as my email already has a refund active for 1st purchase BUT I made a 2nd purchase for the same concert.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE TO DO ALL THIS ADMIN....

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!
